The Platform is owned and operated by KnI Wealth, having its registered office at 14, 1404, Sorrento Building, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400076 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

4. TRANSACTIONS
Upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services. You agree that all purchases of IPv4 addresses made through the Platform are final, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party, or any penalty imposed, due to or arising out of:
- your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policies;
- your violation of any law, rules, or regulations; or
- your infringement of the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, natural disasters, or internet and network failures beyond reasonable control.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim relating to them, or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8. JURISDICTION
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
